How to install video drivers (graphic drivers) in VirtualBox with youtube video

I have using windows XP in VirtualBox and getting small screen and icon and getting problems switch mouse pointer host operating system  to virtualBox operating system. So I want to install graphic drivers in virtualBox operating system that run mouse pointer smoothly between both operating systems.

Follow the some Steps that given bellow.

 Step 1-  Go to Devices menu in VirtualBox .

Step 2- Click on Insert Guest Additional CD images.
Step 3- Click on Next.

Step 4- Click on Next Button, and if you want to install in another Drive select browser button and give the path of installation folder.

Step 5- Click on Install Button.

Step 6- You will appear window for Click to Continue Anyway, sometime appear multiple time then click to continue to continue and follow the step by step.

Step 7- Click on Finish Button and reboot the system.

Step 8- After restart computer will appear full screen and successful installed video drivers.

Hi guys, I have urgent work and I am going Ballia to Delhi but I have not conform ticket, I want to book ticket in tatkal quota and conform. How to make this is possible, and how can do this. 

 Many people do the booking irctc tatkal ticket in 30 sec to 1 min and conform it. But this very difficult, We do always miss 80% to 90% for tatkal ticket. Some peoples use the tools for tatkal tickets as (auto fill or Chrome Ext),There are more different-2 tool available on Internet for more browsers. Normally ticket booking start 8 AM but Irctc tatkal booking time start at 10 o’clock. Tatkal ticket booking start one or two days ago of scheduled departure time (depend on train travel distance).

Requirements: 1- Google Chrome.
3- High speed internet connection, that working better and reliability in connection.
4- Google Chrome browsers (with multiple users account to book multiple tickets at a time).
5- IRCTC user account, and mobile NO.
6- Online banking,Debit/Credit card for payment or reliable payment gateway.
7- valid ID Proof.

Please note: IRCTC login time has been changed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. And these steps will work only when IRCTC site is proper working fine.

Step 1- open Google chrome and click on file menu bar.

Step 2- click on settings.

Step 3- click on extensions.

Step 4- Browse the gallery.

Step 6- Search irctc and click free free for (IRCTC Tatkal Ticket Now)

Step 7- Click on Add.

Step 8- After taking few minutes for of makkhichoose plugin installation. And appear in right side.

Step 9- Click on plugin and add ticket.

 Step 10- Fill the user name of irctc account,source and destinations.

Step 11- Give the details of payment getaway, And save or book now.
